As with any online transaction, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you purchase a career counselling session on Thy Mentor website, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Refund policy
Our Refund Policy for career counselling session is as follows:
Thy Mentor, reserves the right to postpone/cancel a career counselling session, or change the location of a career counselling session because of insufficient enrollment, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc)
In-case of any emergency or due to an unavoidable circumstance if “Thy Mentor” cancels a Session, 100% refund will be paid to the registered/enrolled candidates within 2 working days from the date of cancellation.
If the candidate wishes to cancel an session or postpone the booking, Thy Mentor accepts all the Cancellation and/or Substitutions requests in the form of email only.
If a cancellation is done by a candidate 7 days (or more) prior to the session, 10% of the total agreed counselling fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the candidate.
If a cancellation is done by a candidate between 4 to 7 days prior to the session, 50% of the total agreed training fee will be deducted and the remaining 50% of the amount will be refunded to the candidate.
If a cancellation is done by a candidate within 4 days of the session, no refunds will be made.
